Extended Family Sessions

This is one of my favorite extended family session to date! This family has a special and close connection that NEEDED to be captured- especially during this phase of life when the grandkids are all so young.

Styling

I provide a styling service that is HUGE for sessions like this- the outfits can really make or break how it looks. Once you are booked- the online tool gets sent your way. You input each family member and it will give you guidance on how to dress your family. You then pick from your own closet, my client closet, and then see what new pieces you might need. It takes the stress right out.

The biggest reason to get an extended family session is that you get photos of EVERYONE. You get all the different dynamics- grand children with grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, and images of each family. It is a beautiful way to get a full picture (literally) of the entire family that will be looked at for generations to come.

Letting Go

It's easy to get stressed about family photos and worry about how the kids will behave, if everything will go well... Let me encourage you- the best thing that you can do in a session with me is to forget about smiling perfectly and having the kids behave and just letting everyone be themselves. I am ready to be flexible and truly create my best work when there is MOVEMENT and genuine fun and emotion. It truly is come as you are. My best advice is looking at your session as family time together- acting as you do naturally. My job is to guide and prompt to get the images that reflect who you are your family are.
